The bottle01

What is Payarmin, in readings?

Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber glass bottle with a dropper.

The Supplement Facts panel sets the serving at 1 ml and the bottle at 30 servings. It prints two numbers: chromium at 0.7 mcg, and a proprietary blend at 200 mg. Everything else on the panel is a name without an amount.

That makes the label a short notebook with two readings and twenty-two blanks. This site keeps the notebook honest. It reads each line, shows the arithmetic and marks what is missing. The full panel, word for word is typed out on its own page.

Claims check02

Does Payarmin do what its sales copy says?

The sales copy goes further than the label does, and no study of Payarmin itself backs the extra distance.

The official sales page calls the drops “the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”. The label makes no such statement. It prints three small icon lines with an asterisk and the standard FDA notice that the statements have not been evaluated.

Below, each sales-page claim sits next to what the evidence shows. Where a claim cannot be checked, the table says so. The long version is on the legitimacy page.

  1. Main sales lineCalls Payarmin “the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”No trial has tested Payarmin. ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose, and NCCIH warns against swapping care for one. (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
  2. Insulin wordingTalks of “insulin sensitivity” and “balanced blood sugar”The label prints 0.7 mcg of chromium (2% DV). Key glucose trials used hundreds of micrograms, and results were mixed. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
  3. Proof wordingCalls ingredients “clinically proven” (the FAQ softens it to “scientifically recognized”)No trial of the product is named. Evidence for single ingredients is thin or mixed, and at much larger doses. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  4. Natural wordingSays “100% natural”The label also lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. 'Natural' is a marketing word, not a standard. (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements)
  5. Treatment wordingCalls the 6-bottle pack a “6-month treatment”A dietary supplement is not a treatment. FDA does not approve supplements, and no supplement is proven to treat diabetes. (FDA, Illegally Sold Diabetes Treatments) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
  6. Number of ingredientsNames six ingredients and prints no amountsThe label lists chromium plus 22 blend lines. The blend weighs 200 mg in all, about 9.1 mg per line on an even split. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
  7. Popularity claimSays “96% of customers” choose the 6-bottle packNo survey, sample size or date is given. Claims like this need evidence behind them. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  8. Bottle frontThree icon claims: “Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*”, “Made With Natural Ingredients*”, “Balance Form System*”Each carries an asterisk. The FDA statement sits on the Supplement Facts side: not evaluated by FDA, not intended to treat any disease. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)

Claims exactly as printed on the sales page (Payarmin sales page) and the label. The FTC expects competent and reliable scientific evidence for health claims, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Routine03

How do you take Payarmin?

Shake the bottle, fill the dropper once or twice, place the liquid in your mouth and swallow.

The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full a day and says not to go beyond that. The sales page favors the morning, before a meal. The label names no time of day.

The label does not print how much one dropper holds. We assume 1 mL, the serving size. At that volume one bottle covers about 30 days at one dropper a day, or about 15 days at two. If your dropper holds less, the days go up and every amount goes down with it.

  1. 01

    Shake the bottle

The label says to shake well before each use, because liquids settle. Check that the safety seal is intact on a new bottle.

  2. 02

    Fill one or two droppers

The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full a day. Start with one and keep to the label limit. Serving size is 1 mL; how much one dropper holds is not printed.

  3. 03

    Mouth, before a meal

Place it in your mouth and swallow, as the label says. The sales page favors morning, before a meal. Prescribed medicine stays on its usual schedule.

  4. 04

Check in at day 30 and day 60

One bottle is about 30 days at one dropper a day. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. Share any meter log with your doctor.

The long form, with a day-by-day routine, sits on the how-to-use page. The mechanism question has its own page too: how the drops are meant to work.

Ingredients04

What are the Payarmin ingredients?

The label lists chromium plus 22 blend ingredients, 23 lines in all.

The blend holds 11 plant extracts at the top (maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus, capsicum and grapefruit), then Panax ginseng aerial extract, raspberry ketones, eight amino acids and a licorice compound.

The sales page names only six of these. The label shows 23. We follow the label. Each ingredient group has a page of its own, with the studied dose and the most the bottle can hold.

The full 23-line list sits on the ingredients page, with a filter by group.

The label05

What does the Payarmin label actually say?

The label says serving size 1 ml, 30 servings, chromium 0.7 mcg, a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients and a list of other ingredients that includes xylitol.

It also prints the directions, a caution for pregnancy, nursing, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition, and a line that the product was made in an FDA registered facility. Registration is not approval.

Tap a numbered spot on the label below to read that line. The label wins over any brief or sales page on this site.

  1. Suggested use

Shake well, then take 1 or 2 droppers full a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed. No time of day is printed on the bottle.

  2. Storage

Keep away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness.

  3. Caution

Do not exceed the dose. Ask a physician first if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18 or have a known medical condition.

  4. Keep out of reach

Keep out of the reach of children. A damaged or missing safety seal means the bottle should not be used. Store in a cool, dry place.

'Manufactured in an FDA registered facility.' Registration is not FDA approval.

The math06

How much of each ingredient is in a Payarmin dropper?

Nobody outside the maker knows, but the label sets a hard ceiling for every line.

The blend weighs 200 mg per mL. Split evenly, that is 200 / 22 = 9.09 mg a line. The list runs from most to least by weight, so line k can weigh at most 200 / k mg. Maca, first, could be up to 200 mg. Gymnema, eighth, can be at most 25 mg.

Gymnema studies used 200 to 400 mg of extract a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). Even at the ceiling, gymnema in one mL is one eighth of the lowest studied amount. Chromium is the same story: 0.7 mcg is 0.35% of a 200 mcg dose, and the glucose trials used hundreds of micrograms (NIH ODS, Chromium).

A ceiling is not a measurement. A line can weigh far less than its ceiling, and the label never says by how much.

Red bars: what a 1 mL serving can hold (twice that at 2 droppers, if a dropper is 1 mL). Only the chromium amount is printed; for the blend we show an even split (200 mg / 22, about 9.1 mg per mL) and the most the label order allows. Blue bars: daily study amounts of that ingredient alone; a light extension marks a range. Even the upper limits sit under the studied doses. Where a label prints an extract ratio, it describes how much plant went in, not how strong the extract is (Monagas et al., Front Pharmacol 2022).

A proprietary blend may hide single amounts under 21 CFR 101.36 (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The table of all 23 lines is on the ingredients page.

Safety08

Is Payarmin safe to take?

Payarmin carries real cautions, and the label asks anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician first.

Three items matter most. The drops contain guarana and green tea, so they add caffeine, and no caffeine amount is printed. For most healthy adults, FDA cites 400 mg a day as a tolerable level (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). The drops also contain xylitol, a danger to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). And chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to diabetes medicines (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).

Keep taking prescribed medicine.

Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. If you use insulin or a sulfonylurea, ask your doctor before you start.

  • Pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone under 18: ask a physician first, as the label says.
  • Keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity, and out of children's reach.
  • Do not use it when the safety seal is damaged or missing.

The longer list is on the side effects page.

Before you take it

Payarmin is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you use insulin, a sulfonylurea or another glucose-lowering drug, a blood thinner, blood pressure or heart medicine, a statin, an antidepressant or thyroid medicine. Chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to diabetes medicines; guarana and green tea add caffeine. Keep taking prescribed medicine. See side effects and interactions.

Context09

What are normal blood sugar numbers?

NIDDK puts a normal A1C below 5.7% and a normal fasting reading below 100 mg/dL (NIDDK, Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests).

Prediabetes runs 5.7% to 6.4% (fasting 100 to 125). Diabetes starts at 6.5% (fasting 126), confirmed by a repeat test. Those cutoffs come from a lab or a clinic, not from a supplement.

Enter a reading below to see where it falls. If it sits outside the normal band, the next step is a call to your doctor, not a bottle of drops.

  1. NormalA1C below 5.7%Fasting below 100 mg/dL
  2. PrediabetesA1C 5.7-6.4%Fasting 100-125 mg/dL
  3. Diabetes rangeA1C 6.5% or higherFasting 126 mg/dL or higher

Type an A1C or a fasting number to see its range. One test is not a diagnosis; a doctor confirms with a repeat test.

Ranges from NIDDK (NIDDK, Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests). About 115.2 million U.S. adults have prediabetes, and many of them do not know it (CDC, National Diabetes Statistics Report). A home meter does not give a diagnosis.

Reviews13

Are there Payarmin reviews?

This site shows no ratings and no customer quotes, because none has been verified.

The vendor supplied some photos. They appear on the reviews page as vendor photos, with empty slots where a verified name, date and text would go. A star count with nothing behind it would be a made-up number, and the FTC treats fake reviews as a violation (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews).

See the reviews page for the slots and for how to spot a fake review (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews).

Badges14

What do the Payarmin badges mean?

The eight badges are brand artwork, and each is a claim until a named group stands behind it.

Two match label text: the FDA registered facility line and the made-in-the-USA line. The rest, such as GMP, non-GMO and doctor formulated, name no certifier and no doctor.

Registered FDA facility badge
Registered FDA facility

Per the label, it was made in an FDA registered facility. Registration is not approval, and the FDA approves no supplements.

Good Manufacturing Practice badge
Good Manufacturing Practice

A badge from the brand's set. No certifier, audit or certificate is named, so we treat it as a claim.

Foreign and domestic ingredients, USA badge
Foreign and domestic ingredients, USA

Matches the label: made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The countries are not named.

100% satisfaction guarantee badge
100% satisfaction guarantee

Same as the sales page guarantee. Per the order desk, the buyer pays return postage.

Doctor formulated badge
Doctor formulated

A badge from the brand's set. The label and sales page name no doctor, so we cannot check this claim.

Non-GMO badge
Non-GMO

A badge from the brand's set. The label makes no non-GMO claim and names no verifier.

100% natural ingredients badge
100% natural ingredients

A badge from the brand's set. Natural flavors, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are on the label, so read 'natural' as marketing.

Dairy free badge
Dairy free

A badge from the brand's set. The label lists no dairy ingredient, but it is not an allergen statement.

The badges are taken from the brand's own image set. Badges are seller claims, not certificates; none of them names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), facility registration is not approval (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guide), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

FAQ15

Payarmin questions, answered briefly

What is Payarmin?

Payarmin is a liquid dietary supplement taken as drops. A 30 mL amber bottle holds 30 one-milliliter servings, and each milliliter lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. It is not a drug, and FDA does not approve supplements.

Does Payarmin lower blood sugar?

No study of Payarmin shows that, and this site makes no such claim. ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose. Chromium and some herbs show small changes in studies, at doses far above what one milliliter can hold. Keep taking prescribed medicine.

Can Payarmin be taken with metformin or insulin?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to diabetes medicines, and with insulin or a sulfonylurea that can mean a low. Never change a prescribed dose because of a supplement.

How many droppers of Payarmin a day?

The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily and not to exceed that. Shake well first, place the liquid in your mouth and swallow. The label does not print how much one dropper holds, so we assume 1 mL.

How long will one bottle of Payarmin last?

About 30 days at one dropper a day and about 15 days at two, if a dropper holds 1 mL. The 30 mL bottle is 30 servings. A smaller dropper would stretch the supply.

Is Payarmin safe around dogs?

No. The drops contain xylitol, which can cause a rapid, dangerous drop in blood sugar in dogs. Keep the bottle and any spill out of reach, and call a vet at once if a dog may have eaten it.

How much does Payarmin cost?

Packs start at 2 bottles for $158 ($79 each). Three bottles are $207 ($69 each) and six are $294 ($49 each). The 3- and 6-bottle packs ship free in the US. Shipping on 2 bottles shows at checkout.

Who reviews the Payarmin pages?

The pages are written by the Payarmin meter desk. A medical reviewer slot is printed on each health page, and no reviewer is named yet. The about page explains what a reviewer would check.
