How to use

How to Use Payarmin: Droppers, Timing and the Math

Quick answer

To use Payarmin, shake the bottle, fill the dropper once or twice, place the drops in your mouth and swallow. The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full a day and says not to exceed it. The label does not print dropper size, so we assume 1 mL: one bottle then lasts about 30 days at one dropper.

The label's directions01

How do you take Payarmin drops?

You take Payarmin by shaking the bottle, filling the dropper, placing the drops in your mouth and swallowing. That is the whole routine, and it is the label's own wording.

The bottle says: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." (Payarmin sales page) Nothing is printed about water, food or a time of day.

Think of it as four readings you take once a day. Each one has a number or a check beside it.

  1. Check the seal

A new bottle has a safety seal. Per the label, the product should not be used if the seal is damaged or missing.

  2. Shake

Shake the closed bottle for a few seconds. Liquids settle, and the label asks for a shake before each use.

  3. Fill to one dropper

Squeeze the bulb, dip the tip, release. Hold the dropper upright so nothing runs back into the bottle.

  4. Swallow and cap

Place the drops in your mouth and swallow. Wipe the tip and close the cap so the amber glass stays shut against light.

The dose math02

How much is 1 or 2 droppers of Payarmin?

One dropper of Payarmin is one serving only if the dropper holds 1 mL, the label's serving size. The label does not say how much a dropper holds, so we assume 1 mL and show the math on that basis.

The Supplement Facts panel lists serving size 1 ml and 30 servings per container. A 30 mL bottle divided by 1 mL gives 30 servings. That is the only volume the bottle prints.

If your dropper holds less than 1 mL, every number below shrinks in step. Measure once by squeezing a full dropper into a clean 5 mL spoon marked in mL, then you will know your own reading.

Per day, assuming one dropper is 1 mL
Reading1 dropper2 droppers
Liquid1 mL2 mL
Chromium (as picolinate)0.7 mcg1.4 mcg
Proprietary blend, all 22 lines200 mg400 mg
Even split per blend lineabout 9.09 mgabout 18.18 mg
Days from one 30 mL bottleabout 30about 15

Notice what the table cannot show. The label hides each line's amount, so the even split is only a midpoint. Gymnema, the 8th line, can weigh at most 25 mg per mL, and studies used 200 to 400 mg a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). Doubling the droppers doubles that ceiling to 50 mg, still far below.

The label also says not to exceed the recommended dose. Two droppers is the top of the range, not a starting point to build on.

Starting out03

Should you start with one dropper or two?

Start with one dropper if you are new to Payarmin, because the label allows 1 or 2 and does not tell you which to pick. One dropper is the lower reading, and it makes a bottle last longer.

Two reasons favor one. The blend holds caffeine sources, guarana and green tea, with no caffeine amount printed (MSKCC, Guarana). The blend also holds plants that may add to diabetes medicines, such as gymnema and ginseng. A smaller start lets you notice how your body responds before you add more.

The cost reading is simple too. On the sales page, one dropper a day works out to $2.63, $2.30 or $1.63 a day for the 2, 3 and 6 bottle packs (Payarmin sales page). At two droppers those figures double to $5.27, $4.60 and $3.27.

Keep your prescribed medicine

Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea, ask your doctor or pharmacist before the first dropper.

Pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition are asked by the label itself to consult a physician first. Who the drops fit runs the five-question check.

Timing04

What time of day should you take Payarmin?

The label names no time of day, so any consistent time follows it. The sales page favors the morning, in the mouth, before a meal. (Payarmin sales page)

A fixed time is the practical choice. When you take the drops at the same hour, you can line them up against meals, a walk and sleep, and you will not wonder whether you took today's dose.

Morning also suits the caffeine question. Guarana and green tea carry caffeine, and FDA cites 400 mg a day as an amount not generally linked to harm for most healthy adults (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). The Payarmin label does not print its share of that, so keep the drops away from late evening, and count your coffee.

The dial below marks a plain day: drops, a meal, a walk, sleep. The times are examples, not label text.

A 24-hour day: one or two droppers in the morning before a meal, a walk after lunch, and 7 to 9 hours of sleep2461218
  1. Morning, before a meal

1 or 2 droppers a day, taken by mouth. The sales page favors morning before a meal; the label names no time. Prescribed medicine stays on its own schedule.

  2. A walk after a meal

The DPP lifestyle group aimed for 150 minutes of activity a week and cut diabetes risk by 58%.

  3. Plates and portions

Per the CDC, losing 5-7% of body weight helps prevent type 2 diabetes.

  4. Night, 7 to 9 hours

Because guarana and green tea add caffeine, light sleepers do better with a morning dose than a late one.

Habit advice from the Diabetes Prevention Program (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program) and CDC (CDC, Prediabetes); caffeine guidance from FDA (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). The timing for the drops is only a suggestion; your label comes first.

Mouth or water05

Can you mix Payarmin with water or a drink?

The label says to place the drops in your mouth and swallow, and it does not mention mixing. Mixing is therefore outside the directions, and nobody has published a test of it.

If you choose to dilute, treat it as your own change. Use a small glass, drink all of it so no drops stay behind, and keep the dropper count to 1 or 2.

Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors make up the other ingredients. Gymnema is known to dull sweet taste for a while, which may change how the sweetened drops taste (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). Stevia is the label's sweetener alongside xylitol (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners).

The bottle also carries xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Cap the bottle after every use, wipe up any spill and store it high.

Slips and storage06

What if you miss a day of Payarmin?

If you miss a day, take your usual 1 or 2 droppers the next day and carry on. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, so never stack the missed amount on top.

A missed reading costs you one serving, and the bottle simply lasts a day longer. At one dropper a day, 29 servings would still be left on day 30.

Heat and light

The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity, in a cool, dry place. A bathroom shelf next to the shower is the wrong spot.

Children and pets

Keep it out of the reach of children. The xylitol makes the bottle a hazard for dogs as well.

Seal and lot

Do not use it when the safety seal is damaged or missing. Compare the lot on your bottle with the batch page.

Planning supply07

How many days does a bottle of Payarmin last?

A 30 mL bottle of Payarmin lasts about 30 days at one 1 mL dropper a day and about 15 days at two. Those are the label's 30 servings, counted by the day.

Supply by pack, if one dropper is 1 mL
PackPriceDays at 1 dropperDays at 2 droppers
2 bottles$158about 60about 30
3 bottles$207about 90about 45
6 bottles$294about 180about 90

The guarantee window is 60 days from the date of purchase. A 2-bottle pack at one dropper a day uses all of its 60 days inside that window, while a 6-bottle pack at the same pace is far past it. Plan your check-in with that in mind, and see what to expect and when.

FAQ08

Questions about taking Payarmin

Do you take Payarmin with food or on an empty stomach?

The label does not say. It only says to place the drops in your mouth and swallow. The sales page favors the morning, before a meal. Either is within the directions, so pick one routine and keep it the same each day.

Do you need to shake Payarmin before every use?

Yes. Shake well before each use, the label says. The drops are a liquid blend, and shaking mixes anything that has settled so each dropper draws a similar mix. Cap the bottle again after you finish.

What happens if you take more than 2 droppers of Payarmin?

The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, which is 1 or 2 droppers daily. It gives no data on higher amounts. Taking more adds more caffeine sources and plant extracts, and the blend amounts are hidden, so stay at or under two.

How big is one dropper of Payarmin?

The label does not print it. The serving size is 1 ml and the bottle holds 30 servings, so we assume a full dropper is 1 mL. If yours holds less, every amount and the days per bottle change in proportion.

Can you take Payarmin at night?

The label sets no time, so night is not against the directions. Guarana and green tea carry caffeine, though, and the amount is not printed. People who sleep lightly may prefer the morning, which is also what the sales page prefers.

Should you take Payarmin with your other supplements?

Ask your pharmacist. The label gives no interaction list. The blend has caffeine sources and plants that may add to diabetes medicines, so overlap with other stimulants or blood sugar products can stack.

Does Payarmin need to be refrigerated after opening?

No refrigeration is printed. The label says to keep it away from heat, light and humidity and to store it in a cool, dry place. A closed cabinet away from the stove and window fits that.
