Readings02
How do you read the Payarmin label numbers?
Read the panel as three readings: the serving, the chromium line and the blend line.
| Serving size 1 ml | The unit for every amount below. How much one dropper holds is not on the label, so we assume 1 mL. |
|---|---|
| 30 servings | A 30 mL bottle is 30 servings: about 30 days at one dropper a day, about 15 at two. |
| Chromium 0.7 mcg, 2% DV | 0.7 / 35 = 0.02. The Daily Value is 35 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium). |
| Blend 200 mg | The whole blend, not one ingredient. Even split: 200 / 22 = 9.09 mg a line. |
| Daily value dagger | The dagger means no Daily Value is established for the blend. |
At two droppers a day the figures double: 1.4 mcg of chromium and 400 mg of blend.
The blend03
Why does the Payarmin label hide ingredient amounts?
The label hides single amounts because federal rules let a proprietary blend show only its total weight and the ingredients in descending order (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).
The order still tells you something. Line k can weigh at most 200 / k mg. Maca, first, is capped at 200 mg and grape seed at 100. Gymnema, eighth, is capped at 25 mg, and Panax ginseng, twelfth, at 16.7 mg. L-carnitine, last, is capped at 9.09 mg.
A cap is not a reading. A line can weigh far less than its cap, and the label never says by how much. See the dose table of all 23 lines for each cap beside the dose that studies used.
Gymnema studies used 200 to 400 mg of extract a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). The label caps gymnema at 25 mg per mL, so one dropper holds at most one eighth of the lowest studied amount.

What are the directions and cautions on the Payarmin label?
The label says to shake well before each use and take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, placed in the mouth and swallowed.
It also says: “Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.” Storage: keep away from heat, light and humidity. Keep out of the reach of children. A damaged or missing safety seal means the bottle should not be used.

A supplement is never a reason to stop or change a prescribed dose. Show the label to your doctor or pharmacist first.
Origin06
Who makes and distributes Payarmin?
The label names a distributor, Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL 33804, and does not name the manufacturer.
It states “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” and that the product was manufactured in an FDA registered facility. Registration only places a facility on a list. It is not approval (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guide), and The FDA does not approve supplements (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
The seller references lot P-26/PA-3276 and CoA P-3276-26-PA are not lab proof. No lab report is published. The batch page explains what they can and cannot confirm.
Flags07
What does the Payarmin label not tell you?
The label does not tell you how much caffeine is in it, how much one dropper holds or what each blend ingredient weighs.
- Guarana and green tea add caffeine, with no amount printed (MSKCC, Guarana).
- Other ingredients include xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
- No extract ratios are printed, so strength per extract is unknown.
- The sales page names six ingredients, and the label shows 23 lines.
The sales page adds “100% natural”. The label lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and natural flavors, so treat it as marketing.
Payarmin is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you use insulin, a sulfonylurea or another glucose-lowering drug, a blood thinner, blood pressure or heart medicine, a statin, an antidepressant or thyroid medicine. Chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to diabetes medicines; guarana and green tea add caffeine. Keep taking prescribed medicine. See side effects and interactions.
FAQ08
Payarmin supplement facts: common questions
What is the serving size on the Payarmin supplement facts?
The serving size is 1 ml, and a container holds 30 servings. The label does not print how much one dropper holds, so this site assumes 1 mL. If your dropper holds less, you get less per dropper and the bottle lasts longer.
How much chromium is on the Payarmin supplement facts panel?
The panel lists chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg per serving, 2% of the Daily Value. Studies of chromium for glucose used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day, so 0.7 mcg is 0.35% of the low end.
What is the proprietary blend on the Payarmin label?
It is a 200 mg mix of 22 ingredients, listed from most to least by weight, with no single amounts. An even split is 9.09 mg each. The first line could weigh up to 200 mg and the last at most 9.09 mg.
Does the Payarmin label list calories or sugar?
No calories line is printed, and no sugar line either. The other ingredients list stevia and xylitol as sweeteners. The label also prints no extract ratios or a not-a-significant-source line.
What are the other ingredients on the Payarmin label?
They are glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs, so store the bottle out of their reach.
Does the Payarmin label match the sales page?
No. The sales page names six ingredients and prints no amounts. The label lists 23 lines and prints 0.7 mcg and 200 mg. When they differ, this site follows the label.
