FAQ
Payarmin FAQ: Short Answers From the Label
These Payarmin FAQ answers come straight from the bottle label and the sales page: a 30 mL dropper bottle with 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients per 1 mL serving. Each answer is short, shows its numbers and says plainly when the label is silent.

FAQ01
What do people ask about Payarmin?
No question matches. Try another word.
People mostly ask five things about Payarmin: what is in it, how to take it, whether it is safe with their medicines, whether the claims hold up, and what it costs.
The seven groups below follow that order. Type a word in the search box to jump to a question. Answers use the label first and the sales page second. Where the label says nothing, the answer says nothing too.
| Bottle | 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber dropper bottle, 30 servings of 1 ml |
|---|---|
| Chromium | 0.7 mcg per serving (2% DV) |
| Proprietary blend | 200 mg for 22 ingredients, about 9.09 mg each on an even split |
| Directions | 1 or 2 droppers full daily; dropper volume not printed |
| Guarantee | 60 days from purchase; buyer pays return shipping |
No answer below replaces your doctor. Never change a prescription because of a supplement.

The basics
What kind of product is Payarmin?
Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber glass bottle with a black dropper top. The label says Dietary Supplement. It is not a drug, and it carries no approval from the FDA.
What is printed on the front of the bottle?
The front shows Payarmin, ADVANCED SUPPORT, a small red circle in a gold frame, and three icon claims with asterisks: energy conversion, natural ingredients and a Balance Form System. It also reads 30 ML | 1 FL OZ.
Who makes Payarmin?
The label does not name the manufacturer. It names a distributor: Instituto Experience, Lakeland, FL 33804. It says the drops were made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, in a facility registered with the FDA.
Is Payarmin liquid, capsule or gummy?
Liquid. Payarmin is a drop, taken by dropper. The label directs you to place it in your mouth and swallow. We know of no capsule, pill or gummy version sold under the label we have read.
What does Advanced Support mean on the bottle?
It is a product tagline. It is not an ingredient, a dose or a tested outcome. On its own it promises nothing measurable, so we read the Supplement Facts panel instead of the tagline.
How big is one bottle?
One bottle is 30 mL, which the label counts as 30 servings of 1 ml each. At 1 dropper a day that is about 30 days. At 2 droppers a day it is about 15, assuming a dropper holds 1 mL.
Ingredients and the blend
How many ingredients are in Payarmin?
The label lists 23 lines: chromium picolinate plus a proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. The sales page names only six. When the two disagree, we follow the printed label, which is the longer and more complete list.
How much of each ingredient does Payarmin contain?
Only two numbers are printed: chromium at 0.7 mcg and the blend at 200 mg. Single amounts inside the blend are hidden, which the rules allow. An even split gives about 9.09 mg each, though real splits are uneven.
What is a proprietary blend?
It is a group of ingredients listed with one combined weight. The ingredients must run from most to least by weight, so line k can weigh at most 200 divided by k mg. Maca, first, could reach 200 mg; the eighth line, 25 mg.
How much chromium is in Payarmin?
Each 1 ml serving has 0.7 mcg of chromium, 2% of the Daily Value. That is 0.35% of a 200 mcg dose. Glucose trials used from hundreds of micrograms up to 1,000 mcg a day, so the label amount is far smaller.
Does Payarmin contain caffeine?
Probably some. Guarana and green tea extracts both carry caffeine, and the label prints no caffeine amount. For scale, the FDA cites 400 mg a day as a level most adults tolerate, so we cannot say how far below that a dose sits.
What sweeteners does Payarmin use?
The other ingredients list stevia extract 97% (Reb A) and xylitol, plus glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs, so keep the bottle out of their reach.
Taking the drops
What do the label directions say?
The label reads: shake well before each use, take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, place in mouth and swallow. It also says not to exceed the recommended dose. No time of day is printed on the bottle.
When is the best time to take Payarmin?
The label names no time. The sales page favors the morning before a meal. Because guarana and green tea add caffeine, an earlier dose suits light sleepers better than an evening one. Pick one time and keep it steady.
How big is one dropper?
The label does not print it. The serving size is 1 ml, so we assume one dropper is 1 mL when counting days and cost. If your dropper holds less, each dose is smaller and the bottle lasts longer.
Can I mix the drops into water or juice?
The label says to place the drops in your mouth and swallow. It gives no instruction about mixing. If you prefer to dilute, ask your pharmacist first, and keep to the label dose of 1 or 2 droppers.
What if I forget a day?
The label is silent on missed doses. The only rule it prints is not to exceed the recommended dose, so do not double up the next day. Just return to your usual 1 or 2 droppers.
How should I store the bottle?
Keep it away from heat, light and humidity, in a cool, dry place, as the label says. Shake it before each use. Keep it out of the reach of children, and do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Safety and medicines
Who should talk to a doctor before using Payarmin?
The label names three groups: pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition. We add anyone on insulin, a sulfonylurea, a blood thinner or blood pressure medicine.
Can teenagers use Payarmin?
The label says children under the age of 18 should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Because the drops carry caffeine from guarana and green tea, a parent and a doctor should decide together.
What side effects can Payarmin cause?
No side-effect data exist for the product itself. Ingredient sources point to caffeine effects such as jitters or poor sleep, stomach upset from some lines, and possible blood pressure effects from licorice or arginine. If something feels wrong, stop and call a clinician.
Can Payarmin cause low blood sugar?
It might add to the effect of glucose-lowering drugs, since chromium, gymnema and ginseng have been studied alongside them. Signs include shaking, hunger, sweating, confusion and a fast heartbeat. Eat 15 to 20 g of fast carbohydrate and recheck in 15 minutes (NIDDK, Low Blood Glucose).
Can I take Payarmin with blood pressure medicine?
Ask first. Licorice compounds and arginine can affect blood pressure, capsicum can interact with ACE inhibitors, and caffeine can raise it briefly. The label says nothing about interactions, so your pharmacist is the right person to check.
Does grapefruit extract in Payarmin matter for my prescriptions?
It can. Grapefruit compounds affect how the body handles statins and some other drugs (FDA, Grapefruit juice and drugs). The amount in a dose is unknown and small, but if you take a statin or a heart medicine, name it to your pharmacist.
Is Payarmin safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The label advises pregnant or nursing mothers to consult a physician first. No safety data are published for the drops in pregnancy. Maca and several other lines have little pregnancy data, so default to your doctor's advice.

Does the FDA approve Payarmin?
No, and no supplement is. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). The label says the product was made in an FDA registered facility, which is a registration, not an endorsement.
Has Payarmin been clinically tested?
No study of Payarmin is named on the label, the sales page or this site. Individual ingredients have been studied, mostly at doses much higher than a share of a 200 mg blend, and mostly with mixed results.
What does the sales page mean by “clinically proven”?
The sales page uses "clinically proven" without naming a study of the product. The FTC expects health claims to rest on good human trials of the same product and dose (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). We found none, so we quote the phrase and do not repeat it.
Do the ingredients in Payarmin have research behind them?
Some do, at other doses. Gymnema trials used 200 to 400 mg of extract, ginseng root trials ran from about 100 mg up, and chromium trials used hundreds of mcg. The label lets gymnema reach 25 mg at most.
Is Payarmin 100% natural?
The sales page says "100% natural". The label also lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. Natural is a marketing word without a legal standard, so read the ingredient list instead.
Can Payarmin help with weight loss?
The label makes no weight claim. African mango, forskolin, raspberry ketone and capsaicin are sold for weight, but NIH sources find weak or no evidence for each alone (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss). A lifestyle program is the better-supported route.
Buying, price and shipping
Can I buy a single bottle of Payarmin?
Not on the sales page we read. It sells 2, 3 or 6 bottles. The 2-bottle pack is $79 each, 3 bottles are $69 each and 6 bottles are $49 each. Prices were checked on October 19, 2026.
Is shipping free on Payarmin?
Shipping is free in the US on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack reads plus shipping, and the cost is shown at checkout. We do not know carriers, delivery times or countries, so we state none.
Does Payarmin have a subscription?
The sales page describes a one-time payment with no auto-ship. Still, read the checkout screen before paying. If you see a charge you did not expect, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.
Where can I buy Payarmin?
Use the order buttons on this site, which lead to the official checkout. We know of no authorized listing on Amazon, Walmart or eBay, or in any store. A listing elsewhere cannot be checked against the label or the guarantee.
Which Payarmin pack costs the least per day?
The 6-bottle pack. At 1 dropper a day it works out to $1.63 a day, against $2.30 for 3 bottles and $2.63 for 2. At 2 droppers a day the figures double. See the pricing page for the math.
Do the digital guides come with every pack?
Six digital guides come with the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs, per the sales page. We have not reviewed them and do not repeat their titles. The checkout shows what your pack includes.
Refunds, support and this site
How does the 60-day Payarmin guarantee work?
The sales page offers a 60-day results-or-refund guarantee counted from the date of purchase. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID, then mail the bottles with tracking. Full or empty bottles are accepted.
Who pays to return Payarmin bottles?
The buyer. The order desk says return shipping is on you, so use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Returns go to 600 Broadway, Suite 4C, New York, NY 10012, not to the office address.
How long does a Payarmin refund take?
The published timing is 3 to 5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5 to 10 days for the card issuer to post it. Allow for postage time on top. Keep the tracking number.
How do I reach Payarmin customer support?
For tracking, changes and refunds on a placed order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected]. For questions about this website, email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. See the contact page.
Is this website the maker of Payarmin?
No. Payarminsugar is a U.S. retail partner for Payarmin. The label names Instituto Experience as distributor and no manufacturer. We earn money from order links, which is why the weak spots are printed beside the strengths.
Does this site show customer reviews?
No verified ones. We print no ratings, names or quotes. The review slots hold small photos supplied by the vendor, marked as such. The FTC bans fake reviews, so we leave slots empty until real ones can be traced.
Who checks the health facts on these pages?
The meter desk writes them from the label and cited sources. The medical reviewer is a blank slot until a real clinician signs. The about page explains what a reviewer checks.
