Claims vs evidence
Payarmin Benefits: What the Sales Page Claims and What the Evidence Shows
Payarmin's benefits are claims, not results: no trial has tested the drops. The sales page talks about blood sugar, insulin and energy. The label prints 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend shared by 22 lines, far below doses used in studies. Here each promise is set beside the research.

The short answer01
What are the benefits of Payarmin?
The benefits of Payarmin are what the sales page says they are, and none has been measured in a study of the product. The honest list is short: a printed ingredient list, an easy routine and a refund policy.
Everything else is a claim. The page calls the drops "the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels". We report that phrase and do not repeat it as fact. No trial of Payarmin is named, and ADA's Standards of Care do not find any supplement proven to lower blood glucose. (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements) NCCIH says most supplements lack evidence of benefit for diabetes. (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
Think of the next sections as a bench check. Each claim gets a reading from the label, a reading from the research, and the gap between them.

Five promises02
Which Payarmin benefits does the sales page promise?
The sales page and bottle make five promises: "balanced blood sugar", "insulin sensitivity", "steady natural energy", a healthy weight and metabolism, and help converting nutrients into energy.
The first three are the sales page's words. The fourth is the type of use the weight-loss ingredients are sold for. The fifth is the bottle-front line with an asterisk, "Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*", and the asterisk points to the FDA statement. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
The panels below give the evidence for each, in the order above.
- Sales-page claim 1
Sales page says“Balanced blood sugar”
What the research showsNo trial of the product. Gymnema and ginseng show small fasting-glucose drops at doses far above what a milliliter can hold. ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose. (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph) (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014) (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements)
- Sales-page claim 2
Sales page says“Insulin sensitivity”
What the research showsThe label's 0.7 mcg of chromium is a small fraction of the hundreds of micrograms used in glucose trials, and those results were mixed. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
- Sales-page claim 3
Sales page says“Steady natural energy”
What the research showsThe energy most people will feel is caffeine from guarana and green tea, and the label gives no amount. Eleuthero showed no clear effect in rigorous studies. (MSKCC, Guarana) (MSKCC, Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero))
- Sales-page claim 4
Sales page says“A healthy weight and faster metabolism”
What the research showsAfrican mango, forskolin, raspberry ketone and capsaicin all have weak or no weight evidence alone, per NIH. (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss)
- Sales-page claim 5
Sales page says“Helps convert nutrients into usable energy”
What the research showsThat bottle-front line is a general statement with an asterisk. What does have evidence for blood sugar is the DPP lifestyle program: diet changes plus 150 minutes of activity a week cut type 2 diabetes risk by 58%. (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program) (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
Claims exactly as worded on the sales page (Payarmin sales page): “the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”, “balanced blood sugar” and “steady natural energy”.
Insulin03
Does the chromium in Payarmin help with insulin?
The chromium in Payarmin is too small to match the trials. Each 1 mL serving holds 0.7 mcg, and the glucose trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
The math is short. 0.7 divided by 200 is 0.0035, so one serving is 0.35% of the lowest trial dose. Against 1,000 mcg it is 0.07%. At two droppers a day, with our 1 mL assumption, it is still only 1.4 mcg.
Even at hundreds of micrograms, the picture is mixed. A 1997 trial of 180 adults with type 2 diabetes found lower fasting glucose at 1,000 mcg. A 2010 trial at 1,000 mcg found no significant change. In healthy people, chromium has not shown a glucose benefit. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value. That is a nutrient amount, which is a different job from a trial dose.
The blend04
Do gymnema, ginseng and African mango in Payarmin work?
Gymnema, ginseng and African mango have studies behind them, but those studies used doses much larger than a 200 mg blend can hold. The ceiling for each line comes from the label order.
The blend is listed from most to least by weight, so line k can weigh at most 200 divided by k. Gymnema is 8th, so it is at most 25 mg per mL. African mango is 4th, at most 50 mg. Ginseng aerial extract is 12th, at most 16.7 mg. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
Studies used 200 to 400 mg of gymnema extract a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph), 300 mg of African mango a day (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss), and from about 100 mg of ginseng root up to many grams. (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014) Ginseng trials showed a modest drop of about 5.6 mg/dL in fasting glucose and no A1C change, and aerial parts are less studied than root. (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014)
| Line | Place | At most per mL | Studied dose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gymnema | 8th | 25 mg | 200-400 mg a day |
| African mango | 4th | 50 mg | 300 mg a day |
| Ginseng (aerial) | 12th | 16.7 mg | about 100 mg or more of root |
These are ceilings, not actual amounts. A line can weigh far less.

How do Payarmin's sales claims compare with the evidence?
Payarmin's sales claims run ahead of the evidence in every row below. The label is the anchor, and where the page and the label differ, the label wins.
- Main sales lineCalls Payarmin “the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”No trial has tested Payarmin. ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose, and NCCIH warns against swapping care for one. (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
- Insulin wordingTalks of “insulin sensitivity” and “balanced blood sugar”The label prints 0.7 mcg of chromium (2% DV). Key glucose trials used hundreds of micrograms, and results were mixed. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
- Proof wordingCalls ingredients “clinically proven” (the FAQ softens it to “scientifically recognized”)No trial of the product is named. Evidence for single ingredients is thin or mixed, and at much larger doses. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Natural wordingSays “100% natural”The label also lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. 'Natural' is a marketing word, not a standard. (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements)
- Treatment wordingCalls the 6-bottle pack a “6-month treatment”A dietary supplement is not a treatment. FDA does not approve supplements, and no supplement is proven to treat diabetes. (FDA, Illegally Sold Diabetes Treatments) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
- Number of ingredientsNames six ingredients and prints no amountsThe label lists chromium plus 22 blend lines. The blend weighs 200 mg in all, about 9.1 mg per line on an even split. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
- Popularity claimSays “96% of customers” choose the 6-bottle packNo survey, sample size or date is given. Claims like this need evidence behind them. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Bottle frontThree icon claims: “Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*”, “Made With Natural Ingredients*”, “Balance Form System*”Each carries an asterisk. The FDA statement sits on the Supplement Facts side: not evaluated by FDA, not intended to treat any disease. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
Claims exactly as printed on the sales page (Payarmin sales page) and the label. The FTC expects competent and reliable scientific evidence for health claims, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Questions about Payarmin benefits
What are the proven benefits of Payarmin?
None are proven for the product. No trial of Payarmin is published. Some single ingredients have studies at larger doses, with mixed or small results. Treat the benefits on the sales page as claims and read the label first.
Does Payarmin support healthy glucose, as the sales page says?
The sales page uses that kind of wording, but ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose, and NCCIH says evidence is weak. (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements) The label's 0.7 mcg of chromium is far below trial doses.
Are the benefits of Payarmin different at 2 droppers than at 1?
Nothing printed says so. Two droppers doubles the label amounts, assuming 1 mL each: 1.4 mcg chromium and 400 mg of blend. The label caps the dose at that. No data show a larger effect, only a shorter bottle.
Does Payarmin give you energy?
It may feel stimulating because guarana and green tea carry caffeine, though the amount is not printed. (MSKCC, Guarana) The bottle's energy line is an asterisked general statement, not a measured result. Take it early in the day.
Can Payarmin help with weight loss?
No weight-loss trial of Payarmin exists. Its weight-linked lines, such as African mango and raspberry ketone, have weak evidence alone. (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss) Diet change and 150 minutes of weekly activity have the strongest record for risk. (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program)
Is Payarmin better than chromium picolinate alone?
On chromium, no: single-chromium products commonly give 200 to 500 mcg, while Payarmin gives 0.7 mcg. Its difference is the 22-line blend, whose amounts are hidden and whose benefit has not been tested together.
