The offer is a 60-day guarantee counted from the date of purchase, per the sales page (Payarmin sales page). The steps below follow the order desk's process. The desk, not this site, decides and pays refunds.
Call or email the desk

Pack the bottles
Bottles are accepted full and/or empty. Add a note with your full name, email and order ID.
Mail with tracking
Send them to the returns address below. The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Watch for the credit
Keep the tracking number until the money is back on your card.
The returns address is a New York mail point. Call first, as the desk asks, so your package is matched to your order.

How long does a Payarmin refund take?
The desk quotes 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer to post it.
That is two clocks. The first is 3-5 business days, starting when the returned bottles are credited at the warehouse. The second is 5-10 days for your card issuer to post the credit.
Add the mailing time, which depends on your service and is not ours to state. Add the days before the bottles are logged too.
Worked range: if postage takes a few days, the credit step takes 3-5 business days, and the card posts in 5-10 days, then a full cycle is several weeks. Mail early, because the 60 days apply to your contact, and the desk can tell you how it counts the mailing date.
Save the order email, the tracking number, a photo of the parcel and the date and name of anyone you spoke to.

What if my Payarmin refund does not arrive?
Wait out the quoted timing, then contact the order desk with your order ID and tracking number.
Check that the parcel shows as delivered. Check your card statement for a credit under a different merchant name. Then write to [email protected] and call +1 (302) 200-3480. Note the date of each contact.
If the desk does not answer, you can ask your card issuer about a dispute. The US Federal Trade Commission also takes reports on health product claims and sales practices (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). We cannot promise either route works. We only describe them.

Should I stop taking anything before I ask for a Payarmin refund?
