What the research does give is a range for single ingredients, taken at doses much larger than a milliliter holds. Gymnema studies ran for weeks to months at 200 to 400 mg a day. What should you track in the first 60 days of Payarmin?
Track a few plain readings from day 1 to day 60: your usual meter or lab numbers, your sleep, your caffeine and the days you took the drops. The goal is a log you can show your doctor.
Take your baseline before the first dropper. A baseline is a reading you can compare to later, and without it no later number means much.
