Blood sugar support vitamins: what is actually on the label?
Payarmin lists no vitamin. Its one nutrient is chromium, a mineral, at 0.7 mcg per mL, which is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value. The ADA finds no benefit from supplements for blood sugar without an underlying deficiency, so a vitamin label alone proves little.

Are there vitamins in Payarmin?
No. The Supplement Facts panel prints one nutrient line, chromium, and then a proprietary blend.
The blend holds plant extracts and amino acids such as L-glutamine and L-carnitine. Those are not vitamins. The label shows no vitamin D, B or C line.
If a listing says "vitamin-rich", compare it with the printed panel. The panel wins, and it prints no vitamin amount at all.
How much of the chromium Daily Value is in one mL?
One mL gives 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value (NIH ODS, Chromium).
The Adequate Intake runs 20 to 35 mcg a day for adults, so the drops add a small slice of it.
| Measure | Amount | Share of 35 mcg DV |
|---|---|---|
| 1 mL (1 dropper) | 0.7 mcg | 2% |
| 2 mL (2 droppers) | 1.4 mcg | 4% |
| Studied dose, low | 200 mcg | 571% |
The 2 mL row assumes a dropper holds 1 mL, which the label does not print.
Do vitamins and minerals help blood sugar if you are not deficient?
Usually not. The ADA states that without an underlying deficiency, supplements show no benefit for glucose (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).
In healthy people, a 2016 review found chromium does not help glucose (NIH ODS, Chromium). Gains were slight even in people with diabetes, and of unclear meaning.
Ask your clinician whether a blood test for a deficiency makes sense before buying any vitamin.

See packsHow do you pick a vitamin label wisely?
Pick by printed amounts and percent Daily Value, not by the front-of-bottle name.
Natural does not mean safe, and supplements can interact with medicines (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). Tell your care team about every product. Open the Supplement Facts reading and the chromium page to practice on this bottle.

FAQ01
Vitamins and Payarmin: quick answers
Does Payarmin replace a daily multivitamin?
No. The label shows one mineral at 2% of the Daily Value and no vitamins. It cannot stand in for a multivitamin. Ask a clinician whether you need either.
Is chromium picolinate a vitamin?
No, chromium is a trace mineral, and picolinate is the form it is bound to. Trials often used picolinate (NIH ODS, Chromium). The Payarmin label names chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg.
