What habits keep the routine safe?
Three habits do most of the work: store it cool, count the doses and keep it away from dogs and children.

Taking the drops: quick answers
Can I take blood sugar support drops with water?
The label says to place the drops in the mouth and swallow, and does not mention mixing. A sip of water afterward is harmless. We know of no mixing test, so keep to the label.
Should I take blood sugar support drops with food?
The label does not require food. The sales page suggests the morning before a meal. If the drops upset your stomach, take them with a small meal and keep that pattern.
Is it safe to take 3 droppers of Payarmin a day?
