What does blood sugar support do? Claim by claim, with trial numbers

What does the Payarmin label say blood sugar support does?
The label says three things, each with a star, and none of them is a glucose number.

The star leads to the FDA statement: not evaluated, not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The talk of glucose lives on the sales page, where the drops are called "the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels".
What did the trials of its ingredients find?
They found small, uneven changes, mostly in people who already had high readings.

A 5.6 mg/dL change moves a fasting reading of 110 to about 104. The A1C did not move.
Can the drops do what those ingredients did?
The label gives no sign that they can, because the amounts that mattered in trials are out of reach.
Payarmin prints 0.7 mcg of chromium, which is 0.35% of the 200 mcg low end. Gymnema is the eighth of 22 lines in a 200 mg blend, so it weighs 25 mg at most. Studies used 200 mg or more.

What blood sugar support does: quick answers
Does a blood sugar support supplement lower glucose?
No supplement is proven to, and Payarmin makes no such claim on its label. Chromium and ginseng trials showed slight changes in some groups (NIH ODS, Chromium) (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014). Those results came from single ingredients at set doses, not from these drops.
Can blood sugar support replace diabetes medicine?
No. The American Diabetes Association finds no supplement proven to manage diabetes (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements). Stopping or cutting a prescribed drug because of a supplement can push readings up. Talk to your prescriber before any change.
Will I feel blood sugar support working?
Probably not in a way you can test. Glucose changes are not felt on their own, and a meter or lab shows them. Caffeine from guarana or green tea may be felt, but that is a stimulant effect.
