What is Payarmin? A line-by-line label reading
Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber dropper bottle. Each 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. The label says to take 1 or 2 droppers daily. It is not a medicine and not a treatment for diabetes.

What is Payarmin, exactly?
Payarmin is a liquid dietary supplement: one amber glass bottle, a black dropper top and 30 one-milliliter servings.
The front carries three starred claims. The stars point to the FDA statement on the back: not evaluated, and not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What is inside a Payarmin bottle?
Inside is chromium picolinate plus a blend of 21 plant extracts, amino acids and related compounds, listed but not measured one by one.
The rules allow this format with only a total weight and the order from most to least (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The total is 200 mg.
Divide: 200 mg over 22 lines is 9.09 mg each if equal. They are not. Line k can weigh at most 200 / k mg, so maca could reach 200 mg and L-carnitine, the 22nd, no more than 9.1 mg.
The base includes xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
Does Payarmin contain enough to matter?
The label alone cannot show that it does, because the one printed dose is small and the rest are hidden.
Trials that tracked fasting glucose used 200 to 1,000 mcg of chromium a day (NIH ODS, Chromium). Payarmin carries 0.7 mcg, which is 0.35% of the low end.
